DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders below £50 are subject to a delivery charge and orders above £50 are free of charge (UK mainland only).

When going through check out you can choose different delivery option depending on the weight of the items you are ordering.

For deliveries outside the UK you will find the information in the checkout process but for special deliveries or deliveries to countries not listed or if you prefer to use your own courier to collect the order please CONTACT US to confirm delivery charges and times for your area/country.

Please note that international deliveries are ex works, however we are happy to organise the delivery for you and pass the tracking details on so you can trace the parcel and enquire with the delivery company directly.
As an importer you will be fully liable for any customs fees, import taxes and duty that may be charged for your package in order to be delivered. These charges will apply no matter whether the parcel gets delivered, delayed or returned and by ordering from us you accept full liability for these charges. 

DELIVERY TIMES

We will always try and dispatch orders as quickly as possible however we cannot guarantee delivery times and in busy times there may also be delays with the couriers, so please leave yourself a few days before running out to be on the safe side and to avoid disappointing your clients.

Delivery times for international consignments can vary depending on the country and how quick your delivery agent handles customs clearance etc.


COURIER INFORMATION

Please note that neither us nor the courier will be liable for any loss or damage if the package is not signed for.

International parcels are dispatched via courier and they will contact you directly for any import fees, taxes or duty. For courier deliveries or larger orders please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

If the parcel appears damaged please take a photo BEFORE opening the box and if items are damaged or missing please send the photos to us so we can investigate this with the courier. Please note that photographic evidence will be required for any claim. 

MISSING PARCELS

For UK deliveries please check your tracking details and if the parcel is not received within 2-3 working day  AFTER DISPATCH please contact the courier.

For international deliveries by courier please track the parcel and contact the courier or for airmail packages please allow 14-21 days. If a delivery has been missed and no contact is made the courier may return the parcel to the company at additional fees to the customer.

For any parcels not reported as missing or lost within 7 days of dispatch (UK only) or 30 days (international deliveries) neither the courier nor the company will be liable.

RETURNS

Please note that as a trade supplier and due to the nature of the business, we are unable to accept returns, as we need to ensure that the products are always kept sealed and safe to ensure that you will get first class products that have not been opened or contaminated.
