Development times:
* step 1: 8-10 minutes
* remove with a dry cotton bud or lint free pad
* step 2: 5-7 minutes
* remove with a damp cotton bud or lint free pad to remove all remaining solution
* tint lashes or brows (if applicable) and remove all residue
* dry the lashes or brows and apply the Keratin & Collagen nourisher (leave in conditioner)
